Lore offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all associated fees. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You retain all ownership rights to your Content. By uploading Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content solely for providing and improving the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of AI-generated content created from your original Content.
  • We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful or malicious content.
  • Engage in unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Develop competing products or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may export your Content before termination through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
